PREPARATION OF CAR BODY FLOOR PART HAVING FLOOR PANEL IN HONEYCOMB SANDWICH STRUCTURE

PURPOSE:To attach an upper surface plate, honeycomb core, and a lower surface plate uniformly and surely by superposing the three components through an adhesive and attaching a hydraulic cushion onto the upper surface plate and pressing them by hydraulic pressure. CONSTITUTION:A honeycomb core 10 made of paper, etc., is joined onto the undersurface of a flat plane shaped upper surface plate 9 by an adhesive, and a subhoneycomb structure body 11 is formed. A pressing device 12 is set onto the subhoneycomb structure body 11 placed onto the upper surface of a lower surface plate 8. The pressing device 12 consists of a bag-shaped hydraulic pressure cushion 13 charged with air, cushion pressing tool 14 attached onto the cushion, and a pressing tool 15 for applying a load onto the cushion. Since a pressing force acts uniformly over the whole upper surface of an upper surface plate 11 by the cushion when the pressing tool 15 is pressed, the upper surface plate, honeycomb core, and the lower surface plate are uniformly attached.
