CONNECTING DEVICE FOR MUD SENDING/DISCHARGING PIPE IN MUDDY WATER SHIELD DRIVING METHOD

PURPOSE:To secure safety by installing a dolly, supporting basic plates, and the S- figure-shaped mud sending/discharging pipes which are arranged on the supporting basic plates in turnable ways and whose front part is arranged oppositely to the mud sending/discharging ports and the rear part is directed to the side surface, and an adjusting mechanism for the turn of the above-described installations and pipes. CONSTITUTION:A pair of bearing brackets 6 having a pair of supporting basic plates 4 which can be shifted in the longitudinal direction on a dolly 12 and a pipe supporting frame 5 which can be shifted in the transverse direction on the pair of supporting basic plates 4 and balance weights 9 which are fixedly arranged on the mud sending/ discharging pipes 7 and 8 supported in turnable ways and the dolly 1 are provided. The mud sending/discharging ports on a working face side are connected with the top edge parts of the mud sending/discharging pipes 7 and 8, and after bending to S-figure form, the edge sides are arranged in parallel in the upper and lower stages on the side surface of the inner wall of the segment of a shield hole, and the mud sending/discharging pipes 7 and 8 are supported in turnable ways onto a pair of brackets 6 and 6 in the upper part of a pipe supporting frame 5, and turning-shifted by a handle 25. Therefore, safety can be secured.
