PURPOSE:To unify a band seal surface to be sealed, by operating the first and second sealing functions when the indication of a band seal due to the first and second respective sealing position indicating functions coincides with the front and back discrimination due to paper money detecting function. CONSTITUTION:A press mechanism 30h bringing a sealing part 30f into contact with the front or back surface of a band seal B by pressing a seal 30g is provided behind the seal holder 30e of the first sealing mechanism 30. A seal holder 31c having a seal 31b mounted to the leading end thereof is provided in the support cylindrical body 31a of the second sealing mechanism 31 and a press mechanism 31d upwardly pressing the lower end part of the seal holder 31c is provided under the seal holder 31c. For example, as the seal 30g, a data seal or a seal entering a bank name is proper and, as the seal 30b, a proof mark confirming a predetermined number of paper money bundles S is proper.
