AFFORESTATION WITH LIVING TRUNK, BRANCH OR BARK OF TREE

PURPOSE:To perform the afforestation in a particular space, by boring the xylem of the trunk or branch of just-cut tree and pouring water containing nourishing component into the bored hole, thereby sprouting from the bark. CONSTITUTION:A bottom-closed hole 2 is bored to the xylem 1 of a trunk or a thick branch of a just-cut tree and the hole 2 is poured with an aqueous solution containing nourishing component for the tree. The water and the nourishing component in the bored hole 2 are permeated through the xylem 1 to the cambium 4 of the bark 8. A sprout 5 is generated from the survived cambium 4.
