PURPOSE:To enable a direct air cooling to be performed and further enable a reutilization of cooling heat by a method wherein a low concentration absorbent is condensed by a hot regenerator and a high concentration absorbing agent is condensed by a low temperature regenerator, an absorption of refrigerant vapor from an evaporator is operated at a high pressure side of the hot temperature regenerator and at a low pressure side of a low temperature regenerator. CONSTITUTION:An absorbent 20a for lean and low concentration gas enters a high pressure part 1a of a hot regenerating unit, is heated and condensed and sent to a high pressure part 4a of an absorption unit as a high concentration and low concentration absorbent 22a. A coolant vapor 32a is absorbed to become a lean low concentration absorbent 20a and then sent to the high pressure part 1a again. The refrigerant vapors 30a and 30b generated at a high pressure part 1a and the low pressure part 1b are applied in heater sources of a high pressure part 2a and a low pressure part 2b and then sent to the evaporator as a refrigerant 30. The lean high concentration absorbent 20b enters the high pressure part 2a, heated and condensed, further condensed at the lower pressure part 2b and sent to the lower pressure part 4b of the absorber as the high concentration absorbent 22b. The absorbent absorbs the refrigerant vapor 32b to become the lean high concentration absorbent 20b and send to the higher pressure part 2a. The lower pressure part 5b of the evaporation unit provides a cold heat of 4 deg.C due to evaporation of refrigerant.
