PURPOSE:To prevent the washed-away of a vegetation material by laying a soil and sand injecting mat having injecting bag sections in the horizontal direction onto the face of a slope, injecting soil and sand into the injecting bag sections and spraying the vegetation material against the surface of the mat. CONSTITUTION:A soil and sand injecting mat on which a plurality of injecting bag sections 60 are installed in the horizontal direction is laid onto the face of a slope so that the injecting bag section 60 on the lateral direction side are extended vertically in the horizontal direction at regular intervals, and fixed onto the face of the slope by anchors 8. A soil and sand pressure hose from a soil and sand pressure pump is inserted into a soil and sand injection port 7, and soil and sand are injected into the injection bag sections 6 and sheath projecting sections 9 are formed. A vegetation material is sprayed against the surface, particularly, plane sections 5, of the soil and sand injecting mat in a stratiform manner in specified thickness. Accordingly, washing by rainwater of the vegetation material can be prevented, and the face of the slope can be protected by the growth of trees and plants.
