METHOD OF INSTALLING BEAM SEAT BRACKET FOR BEAM TYPE TIMBERING TO CURVED-SURFACE STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: To increase mounting strength by installing a beam-seat bracket to a curved-surface structure by using an anchor and a high strength bolt and burying an opening between the curved-surface structure and the beam-seat bracket with a curing material filled into a baggy member. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of concrete anchors 23 with tapped holes 22 along the direction of the connection of the beam-seat bracket 24 for the girder type timbering are buried to the curved-surface structure 21. The beam-seat bracket 24 is set up to the curved-surface structure 21 by using high strength bolts 26 screwed into the tapped holes 22 of the anchors 23. An opening generated between the curved-surface structure 21 and the beam-seat bracket 24 is buried with a curing material 29 filled into a baggy member 28. Accordingly, the beam- seat bracket 24 can be fitted firmly without machining the external surface of the curved-surface structure 21.
