PURPOSE:To prevent eminent production of rust and hindrance of a nozzle and to improve working efficiency, by a method wherein a high molecular agent water solution added in a specified ratio with an anion series high molecular agent and having proper viscosity is injected at an ultrahigh pressure. CONSTITUTION:Water is fed to a powdery high molecular agent dissolving device 7, and 0.05-0.2wt.% anion series high molecular agent powder is added to the water for dissolution, and the mixture is then agitated and mixed in a mixing tank 5 to prepare an anion series high molecular agent water solution having proper viscosity. The water solution is fed to an ultrahigh pressure liquid producing device 8 with the aid of a quantitative pump 9. The anion series high molecular agent water solution having an ultrahigh pressure of approximate 2,000kgf/cm2 fed from the producing device 8 is obliquely injected to a reinforced concrete structure 27 through a hose 16, an ultrahigh pressure liquid feed pipe, a hollow rotary shaft, and a nozzle head 2 by means of a plurality of nozzles situated circumferentially of the nozzle head 2 to chip the structure in a V-shape in cross section.
