INSTRUMENT FOR MEASURING EFFECTIVE STAYING VALUE OF ENTERING AND LEAVING VISITOR TO FACILITY OR THE LIKE

PURPOSE:To measure the effective staying value of visitor of a facility by resetting the content of a register to the added result of an adder which takes the sum of the output of a staying visitor number output device and the content of the register and displaying the output of the register whenever the adder outputs its addition output. CONSTITUTION:Entering and leaving signals from an entering/leaving visitor detector 1 are impressed upon a staying visitor number output device 2 where the signals are respectively counted and the difference in both count values, namely, the number of visitors currently staying in a store (the difference between Curves N and L at a specific time T) is outputted. An adder 41 adds the output of the output device 2 and the content of a register 40 to each other whenever periodical signals are outputted from a timer 3. In other words, the adder 41 integrates the difference Y between the values of the Curves N and L at the time T in the time base direction and resets the content of the register 40 to the sum of the output of the output device 2 and content of the register 40. Therefore, effective data which have a strong correlative relation with the sales are obtained.
