METHOD FOR REPLACEMENT OF GALLERY TYPE CORRIDOR OF APARTMENT HOUSE

PURPOSE:To make replacement work possible with residents' inconveniences limited to a minimum time span, by removing first, a concrete floor laid over beams that are protruding from a building body, and by installing new beams, pillars and floor in rapid sequence. CONSTITUTION:First, a concrete floor 13, laid over beams 6 that are protruding outwardly from a building body 1, is removed. Then, temporary floor boards for pedestrian use are installed to minimize, for the time being, residents' inconveniences in entrance and exit. After making arrangements for subsequent works, the beams 6 and pillars 9 are removed, and installation of new beams and pillars and flooring are executed in rapid sequence.
