PURPOSE:To shorten terms of works and reduce costs, by installing new beams and pillars through metal fixtures that are adjusted to differences, when fixing positions of a original beams and original bolt hole positions at the bottom end of pillars are different from those which are widely used at the present time. CONSTITUTION:When fixing positions of original beams are different from those which are generally used at the present time because of lapse of long years after building, metal fixtures 19 that are adjusted to the differences are prepared and new beams 25 are installed through the fixtures. If positions of bolt holes 35 and 35 at the bottom end of a pillar 31 that is widely used at the present time are different from the positions of original anchor bolts 32 and 32, a supporting metal fixture 37 is fixed to the original anchor bolts 32 and 32, and the new pillar 31 is fixed to anchor bolts 36 and 36 of the newly fixed supporting metal fixture 37.
