摘要

NEW MATERIAL:Human immunogloblin specific to an antigen produced by human/human fused cell strain of a human B-cell of human liver cancer patient with a human lymphoblast cell strain. USE:A medicine for prevention, remedy and diagnosis of human liver cancer. PREPARATION:For example, a human B-cell of human liver cancer patient is subjected to preliminary cultivation treatment in the presence of a human B cell growth factor and antihuman IgM antibody and then the cultivated cell is brought into contact with subclone of human lymphoblast strain in the presence of a fusion promoting agent in a solvent to fuse the cell with the subclone and the fused cell is cultivated in a HATO reagent-containing culture medium to provide human/human hybridoma. Then a clone capable of reacting with cancer antigen is selected from the hybridoma and subjected to cloning by limiting dilution analysis to carry out monocloning and then the resultant monoclonal hybridoma is cultivated to afford the antibody.
