PURPOSE:To improve operability by instructing of picture input and of external part recording from either a picture input operation part or a console part. CONSTITUTION:For transmitting control information of a picture input operation to a micro processor 11, a control line 20 for transmission control information is provided apart from a picture input line 31. Control information is interrupted into picture information through a control bus 29 between a scanner interface 17 and the micro processor 11 and is transmitted. Consequently, picture input and picture registration are instructed in one place among a keyboard 14, a mouse 16 and a scanner operation part 7. Since precedence is decided in the using order of the common bus 29 if the same operation is simultaneously executed and the same instruction is executed in places more than two among the keyboard 14, the mouse 16 and the scanner operation part 7, control information by the operation of highest priority according to the order is transmitted to the micro processor 11 through the common bus 29. Thus, operability is improved.
