摘要

PURPOSE:To make raw material powder fine and uniform in the particle diameter, by forming a co-precipitate composed of Bi, alkaline earth element and copper component by a contact of an alkoxide solution of corresponding metal with a precipitant and calcining it. CONSTITUTION:An alkoxide solution of Bi, alkoxide solution of alkaline earth element and alkoxide solution of copper are mixed with a precipitant and a co-precipitate composed of Bi component, alkaline earth element component and copper component is formed. A method of forming the co-precipitate has no special restriction and many method are adoptable. Next, obtained co- precipitate is separated by filtering, washed, dried and calcined. Fine raw material powder having particle diameters smaller than 1mu and a uniform particle diameter distribution is obtained by this method. The raw material powder is sintered to obtain a superconducting ceramic having high density and high critical electric current density.
