PURPOSE:To make packing work efficient to a large extent, by automatically performing all of a series of works such as them selection of a packing material, the cutting the same into a predetermined dimension, the filling of a bag and the hermetical sealing of the bag in a matching relation to various packing modes such as the magnitude of a packing amount, the packing number and the kinds of articles to be packed on the basis of the instructions from an operation control apparatus. CONSTITUTION:When necessary items such as a packing wt. the number of packing, the kind of a packing material 2 to be used or the like are inputted to an operation control apparatus 30, a chain 3 moves in a pacing material storage apparatus 1 and a selected packing material drum arrives at a delivery position. Next, when the end of the packing material 2 is fed to be grasped by a roller 6 and grasphing work is instructed to advance, the roller 6 is rotated by predetermined quantity to feed out the packing material 2 by the length of one bag and the welding or cutting the f the bottom of the bag is performed by an and part processing treatment apparatus 10 and, further the upper end of the bag is opened to feed the bag to a filling position while an article to be packed is delivered by predetermined quantity by a measuring apparatus 26 to be charged in the aforementioned bag through a filling cylinder 27. At last, the upper end opening part of the bag is hermetically sealed to complete bagging work. This work is repeated to successively perform bagging.
