BINARY/TERNARY VALUE CONVERSION CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit by connecting an output of a tri-state buffer and an output terminal of an analog switch so as to give an output from its connecting point. CONSTITUTION:L, H outputs of a binary-ternary conversion circuit are outputs of the 2nd binary input signal D1 from a tri-state buffer 5 and the M output is an output of a voltage source 6 generating a midpoint potential via an analog switch 7. In converting a binary value into a tri-state value, the 2nd binary input signal D1 in the case of H/L outputs is outputted via the tri-state buffer 5 only.
