STRING TRAVEL PATH LIMITER FOR AUTOMATIC IN STRING WINDER

PURPOSE:To cut and hook the string reliably by arranging a suction type traverse guide tube in parallel with the front face of a many string winders while making the suction port provided at the position corresponding with the string winder openable/closable with relation to string shift operation. CONSTITUTION:Many string winders W are arranged such that each bobbin drive roller shaft will coincide then a traverse guide tube 5 communicatable with a reduced suction tank 6 is extended in parallel at the front. While a truck 20 movable along a parallel rail 19 is arranged at the front face to perform shifting, cutting and hooking of string through function of various mechanisms including a shift guide 40, hook guide 33 and pull guide 32 provided on said truck 20. A stopper 7 including a shift guide receiving ring 72 is provided at the position corresponding with the cutting flange of bobbin stretched over each string winder W on the traverse guide tube 5, then the ring 72 is slided against a spring 73 to open the suction port 75 thus to suck the string Y into the tube 5.
