摘要

PURPOSE: To amplify a signal via liposome in an assay system for diagnosis where enzyme participates in deciphering process by utilizing a fact that H11 phase formation lipid can be stabilized by a compound for stabilization or at least one molecule. CONSTITUTION: A diagnosis system using an enzyme that is retained, discharged, reconfigured, or activated depending on analyte in a test liquid body is selected. A liposome that consists of a molecule for forming an unstable H11 phase where no stabilization agent exists and an effective amount of liposome stabilization agent compound selected from an amphiphatic compound and contains at least one type of reporter enzyme inside is prepared. The enzymes and liposome are mixed, thus causing the enzymes and the stabilization agent compound to react each other, dissolving the liposome, and discharging a reporter enzyme. Then, a proper amount of substrate is added to the reporter enzyme selected from the substrate that is not transmitted through a normal liposome film and the deciphering signal of an assay system is intensified by combining the reporter enzyme and the substrate.
