METHOD FOR FORMING LAMINATION COATING INTEGRATED FILM OF ULTRAVIOLET CURABLE PAINT

PURPOSE:To closely bond ultraviolet curable paint layers and to prevent the release of said layers, by again applying ultraviolet paint in a dry tack state and drying the paint layer under heating before curing the same by the irradiation with ultraviolet ray. CONSTITUTION:Ultraviolet curable paint is applied to a base material 1 at first to form an ultraviolet curable paint layer A and the surface of said paint layer A is dried under heating to bring the paint layer to a dry tack state. The ultraviolet curable paint is again applied in this state to form an ultraviolet curable paint layer B which is, in turn, dried under heating and irradiated with ultraviolet ray to be cured. By this method, interlaminar reaction bonding becomes possible in spite of a lamination coating film and properties extremely excellent from the aspect of physical properties are obtained. Therefore, the quality of a product is enhanced.
