When the working oil temperature is higher than the set temperature, the force of the SMA spring 21 increases beyond that of the common spring 23, and the valve 22 shifts rightward, and the working oil passes through the oil passages 12d-20-24-13-oil cooler 5 and flows into the oil passage 18.
