PURPOSE:To provide the subject preparation in which the active components can release gradually or after a certain time by adding adenine, cystine or tyrosine to active ingredients. CONSTITUTION:The active ingredients, excipients such as lactic acid, mannitol or hardened oil, and at least one selected from adenine, cystine or tyrosine are mixed to give the subject preparation. The content of adenine and such is over 2wt.%, preferably over 5wt.% based on the total weight of the composition. When the solubility in water of the active ingredients is less than 0.1%, they are crushed into particles of average particle size less than 10mum and combined with lower substituted hydroxypropylcellulose and hydroxypropylcellulose. The layer containing the active ingredients and the other layer not containing are laminated, compressed to give tablets with increased releasability of the active ingredients after a certain time. Or granules which can release the active ingredients after a certain time is prepared by coating the rapidly releasing preparation with a layer of adenine or such.
