PURPOSE: To easily and closely adhere a lid and to save manpower by turning the lid for the gateway of a pressure container for skinning agricultural products to an inner side opening/closing type and using the internal pressure of high pressure gas to be filled. CONSTITUTION: The lid A for inserting or taking out agricultural product materials of the pressure container I is attached freely openably and closably to an inner side by a rotary link C. The lid A is provided with a handle B and the packing of an O-ring D or the like is used for a close adhesion part with the container. After inserting the material into the container I, the handle B is pulled and the lid A is closed and lightly adhered. Steam or other gas is introduced to a predetermined pressure from an entrance F for the steam or the other gas through a conduit H. After the lapse of fixed time, discharge is instantaneously performed by a discharge valve E and the inside of the container I is evacuated. When the skin layer part of the material is skinned and the internal pressure is eliminated, the lid A is easily opened to the inner side. The container I is equipped with a safety valve G as needed.
