RESERVE WIRE INDICATING METHOD FOR OIL-FILLED PRESSURE-TYPE CABLE

PURPOSE:To enable valve switching work and reserve wire indication to be automatically performed at the same time, by providing operating valves for switching reserve wires, with limit switches. CONSTITUTION:For actually used cables 1, oil feeders 3 for the actually used cables are prepared, and for a reserve wire cable 2, a reserve cable oil feeder 4 is prepared, respectively and independently. The cables 1, 2 and the oil feeders 3, 4 are connected to each other, via a piping rearrangement panel 5 provided with switching-operationable valves M1-M4, C1-C4, T1-T4. So far as the respective valves M1-M4, C1-C4, T1-T4 are concerned, at the OFF-position and ON-position of a valve handle 6, limit switches S1, S2 are arranged, and by valve-OFF-or-ON-operating, the limit switches S1, S2 at positions confronted with each other are composed to be pressure-application-worked. By valve-OFF/ ON-position-signal taken out by the limit switches S1, S2, the switches are interlocked with the operation of the valves, and the state of reserve wires is automatically indicated.
