The discharger, esp. for use in the base (4) of a silo used to store bulk materials such as grain or livestock feed, consists of a rotary cylindrical housing (6) contg. an outlet duct (7), and a radial collecting auger (9). The housing is covered by a conical cap (12) which can turn independently of the housing. The outlet duct contains a discharge auger (11), situated vertically at right angles to the collecting auger (9), with the two augers connected to a common control system (34-36). The housing is mounted on a supporting frame (14) and turned relative to it by a crown wheel (44) and rotary plate.
