The invention describes a device for discharging potato fry and moist starch stored in large containers. With the Duesensystem proposed for the application, consisting of a rigid vertical Duese and 3 rotating, acting at different angles, Duesen succeeds the o. G. Lagergueter without manual activity in great performance in a simple and secure function auszustagen. With this new discharge device, the large-scale storage of potato grater and moist starch in closed containers with the advantages of loss reduction and quality maintenance is made possible in the first place.
