A device for flushing away root crops, specifically beet roots, from storage yards and trucks, comprising a water supply pipeline which has an elbow mounted on it be means of a rotary joint enabling it to turn around the axis of the pipeline, at the end of the elbow outlet there being a flushing-water discharge nozzle mounted on it by means of a similar rotary joint, wherein the axes of rotation of the two rotary joints (4) and (6) are perpendicular to each other and the axis of the discharge nozzle (7) forms an angle of 30 degrees with the axis of the outlet of the elbow (5).IMAGE
