The improvement consists of channelling previously-heated air by fan (4) through individual pipes (9) which open through outlets (10) inside the oven (5), situated at the level of the trays (11) on which the parts (14) for cooking are situated. The outlets (10) can be provided with rotatable covers (13). The pipes (9) supply hot air from the fan with pressure and flow virtually identical from each pipe, and distribute it uniformly through the oven.
