ABSOLUTE CONFIGURATION S enantiomer of Formula (I) WHERE X = OOS; And Ar represents: * NUCLEO phenyl substituted by one, two or three groups C1-C4 alkoxy; * NUCLEO Feilo 2-substituted FOR A OCH3 group and 5-position a halogen atom or a group lower alkylcarbonyl; * NUCLEO phenyl substituted at 2 position by OCH3, NH2 in position 4 O alkylcarbonyl -NH- and 5-position by halogen; * GROUP (FLUORO-3-METHOXY-2) phenyl; * GROUP pyrimidyl-5 2-substituted NH2 Y in position 4 alkoxy or phenyloxy. These compounds are useful as medicaments actvidad gastrokinetic and antiemetic.
