The antimycotic agents are meant for a single administration and have increased bioavailability of the active ingredients and contain 1-10 % azole derivatives and customary formulation auxiliaries and/or an acid and/or a buffer system consisting of an organic acid and/or salts thereof, and contain the active ingredient in particles of 5 m mu +/- 10 %.
