the gel or liquid nutrient medium is used as a standard substrate, floating bodies, particularly polypropylene balls (10), a liquid nutrient solution on plant cells, plant organs (including seeds) and plant state so again, are reproduced under sterile conditions.the receptacle and the balls may have different dimensions.the method is suitable for the development of new cell cultures for their conservation and micropropagation of plants, for the testing of chemicals ("screening" of potential herbicides, pesticides, etc.), as well as the induction of resistance to the regeneration of whole plants from the cells.by using a proper installation, the process can also be used for the continuous culture of the cells. the process is efficient and economic.
