Selective H2S removal from fluid mixtures using high purity triethanolamine

Increased selective removal of hydrogen sulfide from fluid mixtures containing hydrogen sulfide and other fluids, such as carbon dioxide, is provided using aqueous solutions containing high purity triethanolamine.
