The analog signal is applied to the input terminal of an 8 bit A/D converter after the analog signal is normalized through sampling part (1). The digital signal which is generated from the 8 bit A/D converter (2) is applied to the input terminal of 16 bit D/A converter (4). The inputs of comparator (6) are composed of the signal from the 16 bit D/A converter and the signal from the sampling part (1). The start terminal (S) of register (7) and the output signal from the comparing terminal (Qcc) are inverted and applied to the control terminal (C4) of the sampling part(1).
