The data processing circuit transmits and reproduces a data using multi-RAM's. The data processing circuit comprises RAM's (8,9,10) for storing source data, parity check circuits (11,12,13) for checking errors of the data by byte units, a data discriminator (14) for checking the parity error to select a wanted data, an error correction circuit (15) for adjusting the data when no wanted data exists in the data stored in the RAM's, and a RAM (16) for storing the output data.
