The method for constructing the under ground structure at the place where the soil layer from the base rock is narrow comprises; (a) hammering the flat type stell sheet piles (2) into the ground along the planning line; (b) drilling the holes (1) of 400mm with interval fo 2m to insert the H type steel piles (1); (c) excavating the graound unto the position at which an earth anchors are installed, and installing the earth anchors to the respective steel pile; (d) forming the rein-forced concrete two times with the flush boards; and (e) excavating the ground upto the first reinforced concrete layer and installing the water pipes (27) with certain interval at the vertical direction to the solid excavated surface.
