A device for effecting well-logging operations or interventions with the aid of a specialized tool (1) in a predetermined zone of a drilled well comprising in combination a hollow rigid pipe to which is fixed the tool (1), a first electrical connector (4) connected to the tool (1), a string of pipes (3) connecting to the upper part of said rigid pipe, and an electrical cable (6) provided at its end with a second electrical connector (5) complementing the first connector (4), a side-enytry sealing element (13) through which the cable (6) can slide, this element (13) being surmounted by pipe string elements of a length corresponding to the desired movement (A) of the tool (1) in said predetermined zone of the well, characterized in that it also comprises means for rotating the tool (36 ; 68, 69, 70 ; 68 ; 48, 49 ; 59, 60) without rotating the pipe string assembly (3), in that said rotating means comprise a first part (39) locked to the pipe string a second part (40) locked in rotation to the tool, a first tubular element (43) locked to said first part (39), a second tubular element (44) coaxial with said first tubular element (43) and comprising a slot (48) cooperating with a least one finger (49) locked to the second part (40), and in that said second element (44) comprises two pistons (50, 52) between which there is an orifice (51) formed in said second element, said orifice (51) cooperating with a second orifice (65) formed in said first element (43).
