Method of moulding wax models of artificial teeth

For moulding wax models of artificial teeth, especially wax models of crowns, in which modelling wax is applied on a dental stump model coated with an external release layer, a surface of a modelling part which has one of the model surfaces to be moulded as a female mould, is coated with modelling wax. The modelling wax layer is applied to the dental stump model by pressing it with the modelling part against one area of the surface of the dental stump model. The modelling part has a plate-like body of a metallic material, one of whose surfaces is designed as a female mould of the dental region to be moulded, and possesses a handle.
