Arrangement for the water-tight and gas-tight coupling of a casing pipe onto the masonrywork of house walls and similar walls in the region of an opening in the same for the introduction or through-passage of cables or pipes, in the case of which arrangement the end (13), which is inserted into the masonry-wall opening (14) and projects into the same, of the casing-pipe piece (12) exhibits a conical surface (15) which tapers axially from the inside to the outside and is enclosed by a spring-steel sleeve (16) which exhibits axially inwardly projecting lugs (17) which rest against the conical surface (15), are distributed uniformly over the circumference of the sleeve (16), the free ends of which are radially outwardly bent over to form a claw (18) and in which there is located a U-shaped cut (19) for forming axially running spring tongues (20) which project outwards in a radially oblique manner, and the spring-steel sleeve (16) further exhibits, on its axially outwardly directed border (21), radially outwardly bent-over supporting lugs (22) or the like which rest against a radial supporting shoulder (23) of a collar (24).
