Timber constructional system consisting of a multidirectional framework and of infilling with interchangeable sandwich-type panels. The invention relates to a construction and assembly system which allows an infinite number of combinations, pre-engineering and an assembly which requires only a single tool. The system consists of beams and columns assembled by self-locking metal parts and resting on jacks, the structure being completed by an infilling of fixed or opening, solid or open-worked panels which can be interchanged and are held by assembly channels used for passing fluids. The system allows all constructions in a frame of 1 to N modules which are separated or assembled, in 1 or N covered or open-air levels, with flat or sloping roofs without any restriction in the number of starting direction.
