The electron paramagnetic resonance device comprises: - an electrochemical cell 1 for the synthesis and doping of conducting polymers, the cell containing an electrolyte, a working electrode 43 and a counter electrode 23; - a resonant cavity 2 having an aperture 50 with a microwave waveguide 3 connected to it, the aperture being placed in a magnetic field, The cell 1 comprises a body 30 which passes right through the resonant cavity 2 and which consists of a hollow central part in the shape of a platelet 33 with a first end 37 and second end 38, and two tubular end portions 31, 32 in extensions of each end of the platelet 33; the counter electrode 23 is in the form of a tuning fork with its two arms 231, 232 housed in the platelet, the end 45 of the working electrode being placed and maintained between these two arms and the platelet being orientated in the same direction as the aperture in the guide.
