The device has a capsule (1) on which the water exerts a push. This is joined to two handles (8) by ropes which are joined by rope (6). The ropes pass over two pulleys (3) which are on each bank of the river. One handle has a capsule (5) which returns the user to his initial position. The ropes have four stops which brake the main pocket at the start and finish. This capsule has an opening in the form of a valve (2) made of rubber. The capsule's lower edge can be weighted and it s upper edge can have floats. USE - For moving on water against a current in a river by using this force.
