The sliding table for a car interior has panels (1) attached to each other by a hinge (5) and with moulded runners (2,3) along each side which receive a sliding panel (6). The device can be unfolded or slid open until its length equals the vehicle width, and locked in this position by means of a milled screw. The device can comprise fewer panels, if it is intended for use in a smaller vehicle. It can be supported on the bottom of the rear windows or the rear doors. USE - To hold objects, such as would be held on a camping table, inside the car in bad weather.
