An air pressure modulator, designed for use with a turbine-type agricultural sprayer, consists of a right-angled strip (1) which can be turned about a pivot and set in a number of different positions. The sides of the strip are of unequal width, and at a point below its centre the strip has a U-section element connected to it. The right angled strip is connected to a deflector which, according to its position, controls the angle and pressure of the spray.
