The subject of the invention is implantable electrode devices in the cochlea for electrically stimulating the auditory nerve. An electrode holder according to the invention comprises a body 6 made of a flexible material and biocompatible, for example silicone. It comprises electrodes 11 made of a conductive metal, for example platinum, at least a portion of which is apparent and matches the contour of the body 6 and a part of which is embedded therein.
