EXOCIRCULATOR FOR EXOREMOVAL OF SOLID ETIOLOGIC MATERIAL IN VITAL BLOOD FLOW AND METHOD FOR EXOREMOVAL OF THIS SOLID ETIOLOGIC MATERIAL AND VITAL BLOOD CLEANING THERAPY

PURPOSE:To make the exoremoval of the solid etiologic materials in vital blood flow by connecting a centrifugal separator to a secondary circulation passage in which a plasma component makes reflux, making solid-liquid sepn. by a centrifugal sepn. to make the exoremoval of the solid component and connecting a liquid component taking-out port to the secondary circulation passage to provide a solid etiologic material removing and separating circuit for returning the liquid component to the living body. CONSTITUTION:The primary circulation passage 1 is so provided that the blood makes reflux from a blood introducing part 3 for introducing the vital blood up to a blood injecting part 4 for injecting the blood to the vital blood vessels. A membrane filtration type plasma separator 5 which separates the blood to the plasma component and blood cell component by membrane permeation is connected to the intermediate point of the primary circulation passage 1. The secondary circulation passage 2 to allow the reflux of the plasma from a plasma component taking-out port of the plasma separator 5 to the point near the blood injecting port 4 is provided. The centrifugal separator is connected to the intermediate point of the secondary circulation passage 2 to make solid-liquid sepn. by the centrifugal sepn. and to make the exoremoval of the solid component. The liquid component taking-out port 9 of the centrifugal separator 8 is connected to the secondary circulation passage 2 to provide the solid etiologic material separating and removing circuit 20 constituted in such a manner that the liquid component returns through the blood injecting part 4 into the living body. The exoremoval of the solid etiologic materials in the vital blood flow is thus executed.
