This vital sign measurement device comprises: a belt (20) worn wound about the upper limb part (90) of a living body (80); and a transceiver part (40) mounted on the belt (20) and capable of transmitting and receiving radio waves. The transceiver part (40) comprises: transmission antenna parts (41, 43) for projecting radio waves (E1, E2) respectively toward an artery (91) of the upper limb part and a heart (81); and receiving antenna parts (42, 44) for receiving radio waves (E1', E2') respectively reflected by the artery (91) of the upper limb part and/or a tissue (91a) displaced according to a pulse wave of the artery and the heart (81) and/or a tissue (81a) displaced according to the beat of the heart. The device further comprises a vital sign detection part (110) for acquiring, on the basis of an output from the receiving antenna parts (42, 44), a pulse wave signal (PS1) representing the pulse wave of the artery (91) of the upper limb part and a heartbeat signal (PS2) representing the beat of the heart (81).
