PURPOSE:To positively determine opening or closure of a shutting net at an entrance of fishes of a stationary net, drawing of said stationary net, changing the position of said stationary net etc. by collecting informations on a school of fish in a fishing net, tide and water temperature at a buoy station and transmitting said informations to a control station through radio for obtaining correct informations. CONSTITUTION:A stationary net unit 40 has fish entrances 48, 52 and opening/ closing mechanisms 50, 56 for closing or opening the entrances 48, 52 respectively and the like. Moreover, a buoy station 45 is provided in the unit 40 so as to control the mechanisms 50, 56 and the like. The buoy station 45 transmits informations on the tide, water temperature and a school of fish etc. in the net collected by an ultrasonic flow velocity and flow direction detector, a water temperature sensor and an ultrasonic fish finder or the like to a control station. The control station displays the informations transmitted from the buoy station 45 through radio, and outputs a control signal to the buoy station 45 to change the searching area for which informations on the school of fish in the net are collected. The buoy station 45 controls the stationary net unit 40 upon receipt of the control signal from the control station.
