PURPOSE:To decrease the dependency on an oxygen concentrating device and oxygen cylinder and to realize the small-sized and lightweight respiration system by constituting the system in such a manner that the breathing air discharged by a crew is separated to an exhaust gas contg. CO2 and a reproduced gas decreased in the concn. of the CO2 and the reproduced gas can be supplied again to the crew CONSTITUTION:A gas supplying means 1 has the small-sized oxygen concentrating device 11, a buffer tank 12 contg. a gas (a) for respiration of the high concn. of the O2 taken out of the device and an oxygen cylinder 17, etc., and supplies the air thickened by the oxygen concentrating device 11 or the O2 in the oxygen cylinder 17 as the gas (a) for respiration to the crew. On the other hand, a gas reproducing means 2 has a small-sized compressor 21 and a selective permeable membrane 22 which allows the passage of the breathing air (b) boosted by the compressor and separates this air to the exhaust gas b2 contg. the CO2 and the reproduced gas b1 having the high concn. of the O2. Membrane elements 22b formed of the above-mentioned membrane to plural cylindrical shapes are housed into a casing 22a. The above-mentioned means discharges the exhaust gas b2 to the outside through a discharge system 26 and returns the reproduced gas b1 through a gas feedback system 27 to the buffer tank 12 so as to supply the same again to the crew. The oxygen concentrating device 11 is reduced in size in this way and the number of the oxygen cylinder 17 is decreased.
