DECOKING APPARATUS IN HEAVY OIL CRACKING GAS APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To prevent the coke deposition on a wall near a cracked gas introductory part of the titled apparatus with a small amount of a purging gas, by using a cracked gas introductory part separated from a wetted wall and an introductory part for oil, etc. provided in a purging gas region provided after the purging gas introductory part. CONSTITUTION:The end part of an inner cylinder 1 in a heavy oil cracking apparatus is a cracked gas introductory part 2, and whole periphery of the cracked gas introductory part 2 is a purging gas introductory part 4 in the gap part between the outer cylinder 3 and inner cylinder 1. A purging gas is jetted from the purging gas introductory part 4 at a lower speed than that of the cracked gas, and a purging gas region 6 free from the entry of the cracked gas is formed after the purging gas introductory part 4. An introductory part 8 for oil or water is constructed for forming a wetted wall 5 in the purging gas region 6 to prevent the collision of particles in the cracked gas with the wetted wall 5 near the cracked gas introductory part 2.
