ITEM PARTIAL SHIFT/PARTIAL COPY SYSTEM FOR PRODUCTION OF INTERACTIVE SCREEN

PURPOSE:To quickly perform the tasks with high efficiency in the subject system by carrying out automatically the decision of propriety of the physical and logical texts, the information of errors, and the update of a screen object to the items which are already defined before and after the partial shift/copy destinations respectively. CONSTITUTION:An item partial shift/copy starting area detecting device 13 detects an area range to report it to an area propriety deciding means 14. When no error is detected, the shift and copy destinations detected by a position detecting device 15 are reported to an area securing device 16. The device 16 secures an area when the shift and copy destination areas do not exceed a logical screen area. At the same time, an item screen control character area securing device 17 secures a screen control character area of an item. A partial copy destination item defining device 18 displays the defining instructions of an interactive process program and a logical text of a partially copied item on a display device 11 as the guidance. Then an input device 12 defines a partial copy item. At the same time, and duplication is checked to an item name that is already defined.
