PURPOSE:To facilitate the recovery of a driver 5 during the emergency stoppage by supporting the direction of the force of a wire to tract the driver with a fulcrum provided through a fulcrum with the forwarding of a separate truck. When the driver 5 comes on to a turntable 3, the truck 10 is recovered to remove the roller 9b serving as the fulcrum.
